As an avowed coffee fanatic, I have always loved buying whole bean dark and medium roast beans, and have been brewing, grinding and enjoying it for most of my adult life. I’ve also worked online for three separate coffee retailers from a small family business (my favorite work) to a national chain.
During those work experiences, I had the opportunity to research and write about coffee production, growing climate, boutique roasters and have attempted every method of brewing I’ve heard about. I’ve settled on a favorite coffee making method from a few preferred countries of origin. I’ve been an advocate for the health benefits of coffee
But above all, there’s the enjoyment and appreciation of all things coffee. Socializing with friends and business associates in coffee shops and the experience of buying the beans and many drinking rituals. This will be an exploration of everything about coffee culture I love.
